Privacy Policy

Terran Foundry is an independent practice — this page covers, plainly, what this website collects and what happens to it. Last updated August 2, 2026.

What this site collects

If you use the contact form, it sends your name, email address, optional company name, project timeline, and whatever you write in the message field. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information.

Website analytics

This site uses Vercel Web Analyticsto see aggregate traffic patterns, such as which pages are visited and roughly how much traffic they get. It’s built to avoid identifying individual visitors:

  • It doesn’t use cookies or any other on-device storage.
  • It doesn’t assign a persistent identifier to your browser or device.
  • Your IP address is briefly processed to derive a coarse, non-precise location (such as country or region) and is then discarded — it isn’t stored.
  • The resulting data is aggregated and can’t be used to identify you individually.

For more detail, see Vercel’s Privacy Policy and its Web Analytics privacy documentation.

How it’s used

Contact form submissions are used for one purpose: replying to you about the project or issue you described. Submissions are sent as email through Resend, a transactional email provider, and land directly in Terran Foundry’s inbox.

Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. The only outside services involved are the ones that keep this site and its contact form running: Vercel (hosting and analytics) and Resend (sending email).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what data is collected about you, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Because Vercel Web Analytics doesn’t use cookies or other on-device storage, it doesn’t require consent under the EU’s ePrivacy rules, and no opt-out is needed for it — it has no persistent identifiers and this site doesn’t sell or share the data it produces. IP addresses are still briefly processed to derive a coarse location before being discarded, which is why that processing is disclosed above even though no consent is required for it. For questions about your rights or to make a request, use the contact details below.

Your choices

To ask what’s on file about you, request it be deleted, or ask anything else about this policy, email contact@terranfoundry.com.

Changes to this policy

If what this site collects or how it’s used ever changes, this page will be updated to reflect it and the date above will change.
